The Spirit of Ecstasy

The House of Rolls-Royce is a new initiative from Rolls-Royce, developed to bring to life the stories, the moments and the legends that surround this iconic brand. Hingston Studio was commissioned to launch this exciting new platform, through the first Chapter in the series: The Spirit of Ecstasy.

Working directly with the Rolls-Royce brand team, the film was conceived, written and designed by Hingston Studio and directed by Tom, employing a mixture of 3D scanning and modelling, live action and animation to re-create a compelling narrative, that plays out over 2.5 minutes. Connecting past, present and future, The Spirit of Ecstasy is a dynamic and contemporary vision of one of the most celebrated stories in motoring history.
